The front office was welcoming. All the staff including Jenny were friendly & explained all that went on. I didn't feel rushed. It was a good experience.
Great appointment with Colorado Springs Pulmonary. Great technician and didn't have to repeat anything. The PFT test is hard but the technician made it fun. Great job.
I have a long history with this hospital; my baby was born here and the care was exceptional. In the last month alone, I have been here three times due to a 16mm kidney stone. I am giving 5 stars because the surgical team and the other nurses were wonderful. However, my first ER visit was very upsetting. A nurse left me alone in the bathroom right after giving me Morphine and other medications. Dr. Trujillo and her MA Lupita are fantastic and I’m happy to have them as my medical team. I hate myself for not knowing the lady at the front desks name, I’ll be sure to ask her next time. She’s one of the best parts of going to the doctor! Wonderful office of staff at the Longmont location by LUH.
