No complaints about the care but the communication was lacking and the waiting was excessive. The front desk attendant was very responsive.

Be cautious. Because this facility is affiliated with a hospital, patients may be billed at higher rates than they would be at a stand alone urgent care. Your visit may cost far more than the standard urgent care copay.

I went here and they sent me home twice and I had to go to the ICU in a hospital after do not go here and they will not give you the right treatment that you need and recommend the wrong things I was having an asthma attack and all they recommended was an inhaler and and a steroid and to take an allergy pill when I went home but the nurses were okay but the doctors just talk like they are annoyed and tired

BE AWARE THIS FACILITY WILL OVER CHARGE YOU AND YOU WILL RECEIVE MULTIPLE BILLS. Walked into Urgent Care Lakewood late one evening unfortunately when it was only operating as an Emergency Room. While the staff and medical professionals were kind, I was charged $4,500 from CommonSpirit Health later another $1600 from USACS for a 30 minute non-invasive procedure to flush a foreign object from my ear. I believe the procedure was misclassified or otherwise billed incorrectly given the significant cost relative to prior ER visits... read more
