I have lived at The Commons for almost 2 years and absolutely love it. I made the choice myself to take an apartment in Independent Living. I couldn't be happier. From firsthand experience, I feel confident the administrative team here, and the powers that be, have come together over this incident. Failure to do daily check in of residents and then falsified reports to cover up not following their own policies when a resident is found dead. The facility is appealing the finding? How do you appeal lying? Shameful place. Hopefully people are fired from the top down.
Well I hope people do there job so nobody else dies. ......just saying. ....wonder if the lady that died there because of neglect family knows the staff still works there. .....
The overall management for all employees is terrible in Eagan, Mn. And if the employees are bad the service is very bad for the same residents. Besides being a very expensive place.
What a terrible shame that such a beautiful facility and legacy begun by John Goodman was so completely changed after he died. There are so many wonderful staff people there however new administration came into the building and my father was literally kicked out when he was feeble, in hospice, and dying. He was weak and falling so they said he couldn't stay. My dad is now gone and I keep thinking about how horrible that, instead of spending time with my dad during his last days, they evicted him and I was forced to spend all... read more
