The upstairs neighbor should be downstairs with their extremely loud kid running around at all hours. The laundry finally got its needed repairs ( after i left), they do however steal your deposit if they have to pick up a crumb or wipe any spots up after you move out. No bugs, pool fun, but gate hard to access ANGEL is the best in spite of the complaint.
