Condos. All have walk up steps. Living area is quite tight. If you are looking to purchase I’d advise buying a unit that was occupied by the owner. The rental unit was in very poor shape. Pool seemed extremely small for such a large complex although it was very clean. Reminds me more of an apartment complex. Beautiful grounds though.
Been here 4 yrs. Super quiet (I am at the back of the property w/lots of trees and shade). Overall everyone friendly and kind but keep to themselves. Love the pool option, hamdy to virtually everything from outdoor music venues, groceries, post office, and of course a halfway mark between downtown andTybee. New condo management so things are being upgraded. HOA's are lower than many.
