They've done renovations, and the people thats been here before that has to suffer, we have the same unit but paying more, 30$ more to be exact, parking is limited, maintenance is rude, my biggest issue is rent going up 30$ not 5$ not 10$ but 30$ during a pandemic, i wouldn't recommend them to anyone, the exit gate stay broke.
