My experience as a tenant has been absolutely wonderful! Maria and Roxanna go above and beyond to make sure that I am comfortable as a resident of commons! Couldn’t ask for a better staff! I’ve leased with them for 1 year and was completely satisfied! Had a major life change and they did everything in their power to accommodate myself and my family and made my transition so much smoother and easier, so of course I resigned my lease for another stay!

Absolutely the worst worst managed place possible. Roaches non stop and terrible upkeep of the apartments. My apartment was extremely dirty when I moved in. My cars been towed twice even after going into the office directly and registering it. I would never recommend this place to someone. ** EDIT: SERIOUSLY DON’T LIVE HERE. They will try to screw you over in move out charges and try to charge you for the 20 layers of paint on the bathtubs and for things falling apart that are complete lack of good maintenance and not the te... read more
Please If you intend to lease a unit in this property, avoid the second floor. The over head top floor is a mess, the floor woods are so bad that the neighbors walk can wake one up from a deep sleep. I’m going through this now and it is so so horrible. Don’t know how to get away from this as quickly as possible because I work long hours and cannot get good rest because of bad overhead floor.
