Very peaceful and quiet. Going on two years here and no complaints other than ants every now and then but that's just an old problem due to orchards being here long ago. When there is an ant problem, they're on top of it right away. Strongly recommend living here if you want a safe, peaceful community.
14 Months I have stayed here without problem, recently Management got changed, They inspected my House kept Very clean they do not return deposit Money, Instead they are charging as cleaning charges Beware.
