Extremely disappointed in these apartments. I have lived here four 3 years and have had some issues in the past but nothing I would totally write a review on but recently this week I lost my job to the coronavirus and called them to only be told “we don’t care your rent is due by the 4th or we will be charging fees but don’t worry we can’t evict you”. Seriously

The staff is so friendly and the grounds are so well taken care of. We've only been here 6 months but we have loved every minute! Thank you Commons at Dawson Creek staff for making us feel so welcome!
If it wasn't for Tandem Property Management upgrading and remodelling thier apartments, my husband would probably still be my boyfriend. And I'd still be living in an old dumpy apartment, elsewhere. LoL! I like living next to the wetlands, too. Love the birds.
