It's a nice quiet community. Age requirements and that's probably why it's so nice, maintained and quiet
Things have changed from 6 years ago! Not happy with all the changes
I resided at the commons of Churchland for 5 years. I really enjoyed living there. Mrs. Theresa and Mr. James are amazing. Mrs. Theresa was always made sure I was good and Mr. James came to my aid for maintenance. They went above and beyond to make things run smoothly. The reason I moved is because my sister got married and gave me her house. Thank you Mrs. Theresa and Mr. James for your hospitality. Love you guys
My Sister, her friend, and a member from my church lives there. It is a pleasant and clean community for mobile Seniors.
