Has not been a good experience at all so far. Our neighbor below us has called the police on us twice for made up complaints or complaints that don’t violate our lease. We have five complaints in total for them. None are in violation of our lease and management has done nothing so far to fix it. We’ve lived here two weeks and have been harassed to the point where we are considering moving out. Please do your research before moving here. Jensen is the office is outstanding. There was a couple issues with apt prior to move in and she was on it. Very helpful and always friendly. She should be complimented and its always a pleasure speaking to her. Noise levels are what they are. Complex it self is very quiet and its been a pleasure living there so far.
Moved in and rent went up $100. When there was snow and ice, the sidewalks were not cleared or salted. Neighbors are very noisy, complained but nothing is ever done. Even after 10pm at night the music still continues. For money that you pay for rent, you get nothing.... The complex should do a little more than just take your money...
We have only lived here a few months, but love it here. Our apartment was spotless when we moved in. The grounds are very well kept. The other negative reviews, especially about costs, must not be looking at prices of rentals now. Yes, rent is high, every place. But we got a move in special, were told rent would go up at lease end, nothing was hidden. This was right in line with other apartments we looked at even at its normal rate. Staff has treated us very kindly and we love it so far.
We are counting down the hours until our lease is up. Nice landscaping/amenities will never make up for paper thin walls/ceilings, unprofessional management that spin all issues back on to their tenants , and a ridiculous hike in rent after only being here for a year. I would strongly suggest you look past the facade they are creating by running promotions for free utilities to pad their Facebook reviews and use your rent money elsewhere.
