This company is the WORST I rented a room in the Minna for three months the summer of 2023. When I moved in I noticed this rumbling sound that goes on 24/7 in this room. It is impossible to stay in this room without getting a headache let alone sleeping in this room. Trust me, I was kept awake for thee two nights of my stay. Terrible experience, it's nearly impossible to have them over the phone and when you manage to book an appointment, the person does not show up TWICE (second appointment as well). Had to take days off at work for those visits and they don't care. Advisers on the phone said that the agent will call me and she never did. Also, when you request information about the location, they barely know the answers. If the buildings are managed the same way as they take care of their customers, I imagine it might be terrible. Can we give 0 star? Why they don’t allow you to have in-person tour? Because they have noise problems!!!!!!!!!! And they can not fix it for weeks! Wanna wake up at night because some water dropping noise on your roof? Here is the right place for you. This company is a scam. Bad management. Fire alarm doesn’t work neither does the CO2 detector. Don’t recommend this place.
