Hi my review got taken down so here's an updated one: Management does not care about your concerns, use the portal or email them so they can pretend to care and respond in a timely manner but still do nothing about the issues with other randos knowing their inappropriate door code (think middle school humor and youll know the code too). There are stains and things that show dogs and cats live here, and they also jack up the price and dont help out the tenants because we're poor and they dont care. If I can give this place a zero star rating I would. There several problems with this building. 1st washer and dryer situation sucks I have to go to laundry mat to do my laundry even though every floor has washer and dryer. The community in the apt is ok but the building next to us is horrible every night you hear noises or someone yelling. Their is no parking everyday after work I would have to look for street parking for 40 min. I came here for an apartment viewing and a homeless man was undressing in a common area. I continued on and when shown a floor kitchen there was another homeless person sleeping in this area. I left the premises immediately. I’ve never seen this kind of neglect before for tenant safety.
