It looks like the ownership or management is somehow taking down reviews, there were many more recent negative reviews that are no longer up. This is not a safe place to live There are obvious health and safety issues with the building. Repair requests go completely ignored. Tenants are not screened. Violent, unstable people come and go, night time noise is unbearable, lots of smoking and drugs. I don’t normally write reviews, but I feel obligated to warn anyone thinking about renting from these slum lords. This building has serious health and safety issues that management ignores. There is black mold in multiple areas — not just a little mildew, but full colonies behind walls and around vents. You can smell it the second you walk in. Cheapest building to live in this neighborhood, (NOT A GOOD THING) that's why theirs so much CRIME in the building and around it. AVOID THIS BUILDING AT ALL COSTS. I'm moving ASAP.
