This company has the worst system in place I rented a room in this location for three months the summer of 2023. When I moved in I noticed this rumbling sound that goes on 24/7 in this room. It is impossible to stay in this room without getting a headache let alone sleeping in this room. Trust me, I was kept awake for thee two nights of my stay. I asked them to fixed the loud water leaking sound in my room for almost two weeks today. Their answer is: can not fix the problem, but not their fault. Their solutions are: I have to pay extra fee ($1780)to end the lease or I pay a transfer fee $300 to transfer to another room which will cost me $500 more.
