When they get it right it's good. The food here is pretty good, but the service is wildly inconsistent. We have had great wait staff sometimes, but we've also waited over 20 minutes to even place a drink order. Sometimes it's run like a will oiled machine, today we stood at the front desk and ended up leaving after 10 minutes (along with other parties) because there was no hostess.
