Drink I ordered was good.
Review for Old Seward Hwy Location. When I first starting going to Common Grounds, it was amazing... Smiles, great service, amazing food and coffee. (There are 2 gals that are truly amazing but I think they have either moved on or moved locations) Sad. Unfortunately now... No smiles, rudeness, lack of good customer service at times and the coffee is hit and miss (sometimes watered down or burnt tasting) On 9/25, the worst coffee I've received yet and I get the same drink everytime.
