I've worked with Caitlin in the past and she is such an empathetic professional. I appreciate her ability to listen and share without judgement. She really takes the time, and I cant express enough how compassionate and knowledgeable she is about her approaching sessions with trauma informed care. She really creates a safe space for healing and personal growth. Highly recommended for people dealing with work or relationship anxiety!!

Caitlin is a professional, considerate, conscientious, and thoughtful. In my experience with other therapists and her, she goes above and beyond.
I don't usually post reviews but Caitlin goes above and beyond. If you work with her you can expect access to your clinical notes after sessions so that you don't have to remember everything. If you're interested in requesting a session with her dog you can also expect some comforting cuddles and a coffee , tea or cold beverage to accompany each appointment. Definitely would recommend.
