Fire the manager. She treats old people and people with disabilities badly.
Close friends came in wearing masks for their protection, as well as the protection of those around them. They were asked to leave the store. Why?! Use your heads Common Crown. Given the circumstances, you should laud those taking these steps, not shun them.

I am truly upset at the way that numerous people, elderly included, were treated by the people in charge here. We are all scared by what is going on in the world today, and some people wear masks to protect themselves. No one, anywhere should be told or even asked to remove their masks, let alone kicked out of an establishment as they are attempting to safely gather necessities in order to stay alive during this pandemic.
