RecommendedAndrew was probably one of the most thorough inspectors I have ever worked with and will go above and beyond the normal to make sure everything is checked and accounted for to make sure you have a full picture of the house you are purchasing. He is always efficient, timely, and we had our report back in record speed with detailed notes about things we didn't even think we needed notes about. I would not hesitate to recommend him and he will always be our choice for an inspector for our future home purchases.
Andrew is a great inspector! He has inspected homes for us twice now: Once when we bought a home a few years ago and then recently while we are buying our new home. He is incredibly thorough and walked us through every item on the house in real time. He tells you like it is and makes sure that you are well taken care of. We highly recommend him!

Andrew was very thorough and provided a lot of great insight about common issues in homes. He gave me some advice on fireplace fans from his own experience and he even helped out with a quick measurement that my agent needed to get a quote for a repair! The report he sent me was detailed, organized and easy to read and he got it to me in a timely manner. He was personable and friendly; the type of guy I think I'd enjoy grabbing a drink with after work. Plus, he gave me a book about home maintenance! ♥️
