Dealing with Common over the past six months has been the most infuriating experience I have ever had starting from the very beginning. The application process was awful - their online form was barely functional - and when it came time to move in, there was barely any advance outreach. They messed up my move-in date even though I was very clear in my initial contact with them and my application.
