Caitlyn Potter, the program manager for Children’s Services really sucks. I got cut and was referred to Children’s Services for a Band-Aid. I was told by her “sorry I lost all my Band - Aids, but it’s great to see you Meghan.” One of the fakest voices and fakest people I ever meant. It’s a shame she calls herself a program manager. 0/5 stars. Rethink your decision before you hire a fake woman like her and also a recovering meth addict.
The new managers that take over are the worst that place once beautiful now it's like ughhhh,you ask them for the simplest thing and they will be taking forever with it! They don't update their systems so they be constantly telling you that you miss that rent for this month and that month,you have to be constantly calling them getting mad at them being rude just for them to answer!!! I have the smallest situation to take care of and not the manager or senior manager want to take care of the situation I hate talking to these ... read more
UPDATE (SEP/13/2023): After living here for 3 years, I been able to witness the decay of the facility/City. The building has been affected with multiple staff changes in the administration, theft, vandalism, even a resident got stabbed and many other unfortunate stuffs. I witness a lovely FBI Raid at 6am in the alley behind the building, so i had front row tickets to the full show. A stabbed person being dropped in the alley at 2am and left to bleed, fun times here.
