Such a beautiful building and management is responsive and professional! Definitely recommend.
No hot water frequently, so terrible! When I lived here, often got notifications that there will be no hot water. Sometimes, when I gonna take a bath, then just found no hot water.
My friend from the building and I moved out in July and have not gotten our move out deposit back, it’s December now. If you don’t ask for it they won’t give it to you. Very fraudulent and scammy. Almost went to court but figured it wasn’t worth the trouble BECAUSE their lease has a clause that says tenants are required to pay for landlord attorney fees.
