I absolutely love the doctor and counseling staff I would highly recommend committed to change great staff all around
Decent when you can actually get in. Wait times are atrocious. You can get there on time and have to wait ten minutes to an hour to be seen. Every single visit I have had to wait for about 10 or 20 minutes on average, and whenever the waiting room is packed, I've waited nearly an hour on two occasions before getting fed up and leaving. Care is also not great, especially not for how long the wait times are. Going here is more of a gamble than high stakes poker.
Have scheduled at least 3 -4 Appointments to have my Daughter seen by the Dr. Or Erica. It's been months of scheduling appointments for her to finally be seen, only making it day by day over here, counting down days to finally see the Dr. , Or Erica. then I get called & informed they have to Cancel my Daughters appointment........Again........ Bcuz Erica is not in the office........Again. Her appt for today was supposed to be 2:00. & We had plans to go. I Kept her home from school today for this Appointment. Now I get AN... read more
