Awful people! Horrible costumer service! They keep calling and texting to me even sent me mail about I own them$120.00 which is not true! when I told them the woman became so rude and yelling at me through the phone! Its unbelievable! Disgusting company!
Terrible people. They don't answer or respond to emails. How do you pay what you owe? Do they hate money? Does it even exist? I have a debt from Valley Yellow Pages(another scam business) and I can't get a hold of either company. Good luck to anyone who has to deal with this place.
Today I had the most unprofessional and disrespectful encounter with your collector over the phone. I called on 2/2/23 at 10:01 am with every intention on paying a small collection. Upon being connected to the representative I was greeted rudely. I asked the woman I was speaking with why my collection amount was more than what the medical provider told me.
