If their work is like the way they drive then God help us. They almost caused a car accident today and didn't even apologize or care. I had two kids with me in the car who were freaking out because of your carelessness.

These guys are trash, I would run. The owner Jake likes to take deposits, do half the work, and fall off the face of the earth.

I contracted Jake as a sub for a large commercial project. He made a lot of promises and didn't follow through. Classic example of a trade person who takes on too much, spreads himself too thin, and over-promises/under-delivers. If you are a GC and are considering contracting Jake's organization, I would think twice.
