We have received outstanding service from Commercial Roof Systems on two occasions. The first time, we had a roof leak in our shop, and after I called, Jerry came out the same day to fix it. I was very happy working with Charles and his roofing crew when I needed a full roof replacement for my townhouse in Alpharetta. My homeowners insurance only wanted to cover part of the roof after a hailstorm caused damage, but Charles took about 50 photos from up on the roof and worked hard with the insurance company to make sure I got a complete roof replacement. we've called on local roofers in alpharetta for years to help fix missing shingles after big storms caused wind damage to our old roof, and each time they did solid work. this summer we had them fully replace our roof, skylights, gutters, and downspouts, and everything turned out great. pedro and his crew were friendly, professional, and kept us updated throughout the whole project. the price was very fair for the quality of work. i highly recommend these roofers if you need any roofing work done in alpharetta.

this review is late but i wanted to share my experience. i had some roofing work done on my home, including repairs around the chimney area. pedro and his team installed a new chimney cap, put in a fresh crown, and made sure everything was sealed up tight. they also did a full inspection of my roof and chimney. they showed up on time, were really friendly, and kept things professional. what impressed me most is that they were the only roofing crew who actually came out to look at the job and give me a quote. other roofers ju... read more
