Chris, owner of Commercial Roof Repair Solutions, REALLY took care of our flat roof issues. He ended up having to come out THREE times (before and after a storm then after another storm) and he STILL only charged us for the first visit. You just get a good feeling about some people, and we have it about him. He's a good, honest guy and he's our go to roof guy from now on & you can call him for regular houses with shingles, too. Highly recommend!

This leak Chris repaired had been a nightmare for several weeks. Several attempts had been tried to no vain. Chris arrived and found the issue and solved it. He performed the repair by water testing before and after the repair to ensure he located the water intrusion and solved the problem. My family and I are very gratfull for Chris's diligence in this repair and will recommend Chris every chance we get. Thanks again Chris.

Chris, the owner, was awesome. The prior homeowner tried to fix a flat roof himself. Looked sealed....until about a month. Chris came out 3 times to make sure the job was completed. He's a good guy in the truest sense. I highly recommend!

I have a commercial building off of FM 2920 in Spring TX that would leak after a hard wind/rain storm. Had several roofers over a two year period try to find and fix the leak without any success. Hired Chris a few months back to give it a try, after he proceeded to repair where he thought the leak may be coming from. After our first hard rain Chris followed up with an email to see if he had solved the problem, very impressed with the follow up. The leak was still there.
