Extremely slow in repairing sidewalks , outdoor lighting , repairing roofs where insulation is leaking and is home to bats , which have entered our apartment and terrified my disabled daughter . Otherwise , in the past they have replaced a refrigerator and a ceiling fan for us , but it seems that the quality and expedition of services has declined . Several others here have complained of mold in their apartments also that is not being addressed ,
