Unreliable and Unprofessional Used Commercial as a supplier for years and had constant issues with quality. They were unable to maintain and follow simple work instructions to use the correct nozzle during molding. Rather than address their QC issues they decided to drop us as a customer mid-order with no notice. They cut the order short and held the parts and our tooling hostage to try to force us to sign a release. We had to involve attorneys just to get the parts we had paid for and our own tooling back.
