Very unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. They raised our rent 3 times in 2 years and lost paperwork on our dogs. Update: They have now raise our rent AGAIN! Fourth time in 3 years, this time $250 more! The excuse that they are keeping up with the market is a cop-out. A few days before Christmas we had a leak in our kitchen. The leak came from our heating unit. 2 days with the drips and leaking water in different spots of our kitchen the HVAC company came out to fix the issue. I took pictures daily and emailed to keep them updated because of the damages it was causing. They had to shut off the heating unit because it was the cause of the leaking water. I live at 300 S. Straughan Ave, Straughan Ave, Boise ID 83712 and love it! Most of all if anything needs fixed our maintenance man Jeff is AMAZING! The best attitude I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Never has he hesitated to get things done, or shown me frustration. And when I’m in need of repair he shows up smiling and willing to help. Thanks Jeff!!!

DO NOT lease or rent from Commercial Northwest Here is why 1: they have the worst customer service, the staff, management and the owners are unprofessional and very very rude. And when I say unprofessional believe me 2: They Dont care about they residents comfort at ALL , only thing they care is to lure you to sing a contract with them that’s all. If I could give them zero stars I would. The customer service at the counter is great but all the rest of the employees are very rude and got short with me for something that was not my fault. Trying to leave the lease has been a huge headache even though I fulfilled my lease completely. I have been a resident at the property for 6 years and they are very new to this property. Most the original tenants have left the property due all their ridiculous requirements. Do not rent from this property management office.
Big ripoff, didn't even return call till 2:30 PM, after leaving a voicemail at 9AM, cancelling an application due to conflicting information on CNPM website and Facebook and would not return $30.00 application fee.
I’ve rented through Commercial Northwest multiple times over the years, and was always really happy with how friendly and welcoming everyone was when I’d come in to pay my rent. I really missed my cute place downtown, and called them hoping they’d remember me. Unfortunately they didn’t have it available anymore but Ethan reassured me that once things picked up in the summer he was positive that he’d see another one pop up soon. Thank you guys for always being so friendly and easy to work with!
