Terrible service over the phone. Made me wait 3 hrs for phone call about the invoice and then said I had to come to the shop to pay! They wanted to charge me 350$ for a part for my lawnmower! Found my part and another part for under 2 hundred dollars half the price of this rip off place! Go to GAITHERSBURGS RENTALS CENTER and SAVE a boat load of MONEY
