the worst property management company. we leased one of the properties they manage in Dallas, the AC units have never worked properly since we moved in on Jan. 1, 2024, now about 6 months passed, 2 of the 4 units are still not working, they don't repond quickly. Don't answer the call and don't call back, reply email and text very very slowly, so frustrated, my coworker have to work in the office and warehouse with high tempreture!!!

I found CIP to be very honest and ethical and a real local group of folks that really know the Austin market. I have done several transactions with CIP and all have been positive experiences. Not sure about the only one-star review, but it appears to be a competitor.
