DO NOT WORK WITH THIS GROUP! They showed me an ad for a fully air conditioned warehouse which I ended up purchasing and later found out that the warehouse didn't have heating or cooling. The realtor refused to help or do anything at all and completely washed their hands off the matter. There are other realtors out there, but save yourself and do not work with this group.
CGR is best!! They are thorough professionals, not only they helped me purchase my office building but also helped in negotiating and renewal with existing tenant. I would highly recommend tom hertel as your agent.
