Bought a 2014 box truck from these guys last year and got totally ripped off. a week after i picked up the truck, had to change the high pressure pump hose, tires, radiator, fix the back door. A month after getting the truck, it started overheating, changed water pump, radiator hose, etc... the list goes on. ive had to spend about 5,000 just to get the truck right and the stupid warranty doesnt cover anything. My signature was forged on the warranty application, when i contacted the warranty company, they werent able to help... read more
If I were needing a commercial vehicle, this is where I would go first. You may fill out paper work and do the dance of negotiation...however, word and handshake still have meaning.
