Terrible experience dealing with them. Had them replace my water heater under home warranty and was still charged $380 out of pocket. My Water Heater was under warranty as well which I was never told until my Realtor looked it up. Both the Home warranty and CDM would blame it on the other person. It would have been cheaper going through another company and without home warranty.
