I had to laugh at some of the ratings. Clearly we don't get that the reviews are for the Companies doing business with the Agency and NOT for the Debtor being called on. I guess you have to consider that its an odd niche industry. Nevertheless, I've had dealings with CCC as a client and as a Credit Consultant for 20+ years on and off. No one likes being sent to collections. But if I get another notice regarding a bill that was misplaced, I hope it's from this company. I called in. Spoke to a real person, who was polite and professional who referred me to Keith McGee, who was also polite and professional. They seemed flexible and easy to work with. My only suggestion would be, it would be nice if there was an email/phone number on the letter. Or a copy of the original invoice in question. With instructions on how to pay it. Horrible company. My mother was falsely accused of snooping around the building like a criminal. When in actuality she drove to the location to become familiar because she had an interview the next day. This is unacceptable.
Very sketchy.. tried to charge us for the same thing several times.
Seem to be sending fraudulent collection claims without even an explanation. Will be reporting this company to the U.S Consumer Protection Agency.
