I thought that they would do a good job. I asked if they could go over again and the tech told me he would have to charge more. Whats the deal with that. Isn't that there job to clean. They are just plain greedy.
You guys did a great job. I would definitely recommend Sd carpet they were on time, my rugs and sofa look almost like new. And they were affordable. Thanks again Mat

i was amazed they did an amazing job on my carpet were on time and charged what i was told on the phone would use anytime
I was in need of a cleaner for a move out. They were all I could find at short notice. Well now I know why. They got here quick but there were still spots when done. Take the time and find a better cleaner.
i called them to take care of pets stains, and went over it once, normally other companies would just tell me it will not come out, or that it will cost extra, but the technician actually told me that he is trying other things because he doesnt feel right leaving it looking like it did, and then he told me, if the stains dont go away we will come back within 30days and do another cleaning for free. i have never met any company who told me that!!!!
the technicians came to my house, did a great job, and at the end charged me the price i was quoted over the phone, which is great because i used another compnay last time and in the end they charged me a lot more than i was quoted. This experience was really nice, i have recommended them to other ppl, and i recommend them to anyone who needs a good reliable carpet cleaning company
i am very pleased with sd carpet care, they gave me a time window, and called me before they came. they were very friendly, did a great job. i saw the reviews and decided to give them a call anyways, dan, the person who answered the phone, was very informative and very friendly, so i decided to go give them a chance. and i must say i am extremely satasfied and urge other ppl not to look at the other reviews and use this GREAT company
They showed up 2 hours late and acted like it was my fault. I took the day off from work to do this. I told them to get out and called someone else.
