They “manage” the Windrim Manor apartments in Philadelphia, absolutely horrible. Unprofessional, lazy, the building is in terrible conditions. The “maintenance” personnel they employ are so unprofessional, tacky, and have no regard for anyone’s time. The windrim apartments located at 5200 N. 11th Street in Philadelphia are terrible and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to live there.
