I just wanted to let everybody know that this place is great. The customer service that specifically Destiny was able to help us and show us right where our unit was and we really appreciate everything and all their hard work. were phenomenal she was here to greet as soon as we pulled up and help us out with anything that we needed. Great customer service with Jennifer! Very knowledgeable, helpful and super friendly on the new process of transferring from Cube Smart to Public Storage! She made it seamless and pleasant! Also really like using the App. To access the gate!
We find Cubesmart very convenient for us for storage. The facility is very nice and the people who work there friendly and helpful. Shout out to Ivette and Keron. They keep it well air conditioned and we can always find a cart should we need one.
