Great customer service with Jennifer! Very knowledgeable, helpful and super friendly on the new process of transferring from Cube Smart to Public Storage! She made it seamless and pleasant! Also really like using the App. To access the gate!
We find Cubesmart very convenient for us for storage. The facility is very nice and the people who work there friendly and helpful. Shout out to Ivette and Keron. They keep it well air conditioned and we can always find a cart should we need one.
The facility is kept clean and cool. Access is easy. But the star of the show is Ivette. she is very helpful and pleasant.
