For starters be honest in your advertising. Then stop continuing that dishonesty even in private communication with a potential customer -who was honest with you in an effort to save both parties time, only to drive down there only to be told basically within about 15 minutes that the advertising was misleading and "they really should have done that different". Didn't even bother to get into what we were told privately because at that point we didn't want to deal with this dealership.
