My wife and I have purchased and sold two properties with CBB and to say we’re happy with both experiences would be an understatement. The team is very diligent from time of contact until close. I purchased a commercial building that was listed by Commencement Bay Brokers. Since it was a commercial building and Commencement Bay Brokers generally does residential, the rest of the keys were in a residential lock box which my commercial broker couldn't get into. We closed on the building on a Tuesday. Commencement Bay Brokers promised to have the rest of the keys out and ready Wednesday. I made a special trip out there and nobody had showed to get this done.
