The Leasing agent I think his name is Joe is an asset to the company and apartments. He was very patient and helpful with me. He offered me coffee and a seat in his organized office. I wish there were more people like Joe around. Im grateful for the positive leasing experience.
I have lived at these apartments since they first opened for business. Its a good, affordable place to live. Liz and Robin are very personable, and helpful. They often go beyond their "management duties" to help people with other needs. Anytime I have had a question, or had to have something repaired, it has been dealt with in a quick and courteous manner. It seems like every car that drives through has to turn the bass up on their stereo like theres some sort of bassing contest, the whole office shuts down at lunch instead of going one at a time so if you need to conduct business on your lunch hour then your out of luck, you have to get satelite cable through the complex (no choice) and it seems the channel you want to watch is always out or the volume doesnt work, so dont let the nice looks of the complex fool you. They are not that great.
horrible...plan and simple! Every rule they claim to have in place are broken, and management does nothing. Maintence dont know how to fix anything and take forever to come.

Nice apartment and price but terrible maintaince service. Everybody I know said the same thing, you call the office for a problem and they never fix it.
I need an apartment and I love the way the park at shiloh apartments look very nice
The staff has been more than helpful, even with things not related to renting an apartment. everyone is very friendly and are always wearing smiles. the seem to enjoy their jobs.
