I lived there with my family of 5 for about 6 months, back in the fall of 04 and Spring of 05. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience. They really stay ontop of the complexes apperance. They have a very convinient trash compactor, right as you leave the back gate. They had (havent been back to check if they are still the same) a beautiful office & lounge. This Place is HORRIBLE! PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE! Misty McLamb the property manager is very in compatent and does not know how to do her job. She sits up at the office and just surfs the web and doesnt answer the phone when you call. She waits til you leve a message to listen to it and then decide if she wants to call you back... ANN HANSON AND CHRIS HANSON AND MISTY McLAMB are very rude and sarcastic all the time.Misty got the Matience man fird and trust she will evict you thats about all the she is good for ...oh! and cussi... read more

Not a good place to live.I have a job to where I can only conduct business on my lunch break and its impossible when everyone in the leasin office is gone all at once.The maintenance personnel DO NOT do a good job as far as making the vacant apartments look presentable. I downsized and my "new" apartment looked terrible. I have a hole the size of a fist in my master bathroom wall that they just painted over. I also have a hole in my bedroom door that they just painted over. If youre paying any kind of money to live somewhere... read more
these aprtments are about the size of a regular house, so why not pay less the paying alot for a real home when you could reach for bigger.
Dont Move Here. Community Safety issues. People found dead in there apt after days gone by. Flooding bugs, dirty pool, bad business, broken gates, TRASH TRASH TRASH. Big Problems here. NO Service Period Pont Blank This Place Should be investigated and shutdown from the Corp to lower leval Mgt.
I currently was going to rent a apartment at east haven. I put my application in back in march and was told a couple of days after that I was approved. I was not going to move in until the next month and was told on more then one occasion that everything was fine and I was approved. Well come to moving day I get told that I make to much money and they could not approve me. Now I have know control over the rules, but it is very unproffesional to tell someone they are approved and the day they are suppose to move in tell them,... read more
