I highly recommend Commander And Chief Home inspection services. Service was priced to me timely, professional and very detailed. **** took his time evening our property. He used his drone to get views of the roof, chimney, gutters etc & included the pics in his full report. He broke down expected costs for all areas of the house that needed work. He followed up to make sure we were clear on the details of the report. The service was stellar. -Super Satisfied Customer

As a realtor, I've had Mr. Wilson inspect several homes for clients and he is great to work with. He's always early for the appointments, checking things outside the home before I even arrive. He is very thorough and honest and has even taken the extra time to come back to a home that the sellers did not have ready for inspection. Mike Wilson did a WONDERFUL job inspecting our new home prior to the purchase. His report was detailed with pictures of everything and it also included information and pictures to help us locate key items in out home like the main water off valve. His work is outstanding.
