I have had the opportunity to attend a number of Command Presence training sessions, at ILEETA or in my home state of MN. When I hear they will be teaching a class in my state, if I have not attended it before, I make it a point to be there. Most of the time it is on my time, on my own dime. I have never been disappointed at the return of knowledge for the investment of my time and money in my personal and professional development.
Mike Warren was great. Enjoyed the class and had great discussions.

It was an excellent presentation. Eye opening as to alternate suggestions of how to improve students experiences and capabilities.
In Pittsburgh, the Borough's and Township's Police Association has hosted two training's by John Bostain, one last week and another a few years ago. Both seminars were Home Runs as far as current training is concerned. John and his Team seem to have a grasp of the needed curriculum for our time. Based on the feedback from last week we intend to bring John's Team back for 'Leadership without Rank' in the future.
