Command presence is critical but it should be accompanied by daily exceeding the standards. Just meeting standards = A mediocre going nowhere organization.
This training is beyond excellent! I met John at an ILEETA conference in Chicago. That same year we had him come to our agency for training. Other agencies attended. All I heard was other officers talking how great John was at his delivery of the training and hoped to hear him speak again.
John is an excellent instructor who consistently produces excellent material. His energy and deep understanding of best practices fill a room. I can't recommend him highly enough and take training from him every chance I get.

I've known John now for almost a decade, and trained under him several times in that period.
