Very Professional I've always been treated with nothing but professionalism from Jayne at the front desk, to Lauren my stylist, to Jamie the nail tech. Lauren is always up on the newest cut/color/fashion trends, and she strives to make you feel comfortable while giving you a great cut and color, and by keeping her appointments on schedule.
Paula Paula has been styling my hair for 19 years at the Richland Salon. She graciously has tolerated all of the different hair styles and colors I've had her do to my hair over the years. I receive tons of compliments on my hair and attribute it to her. Love her and the staff and wouldn't go anywhere else.
Superb I have been a customer of Command Performance in Richland Mall since I was in college, maybe even longer, and that was 1994. It's been so long I can't remember, lol. Loyalty for that many years I think says it all. They always know what to do. Superb!

Melanie is the best located at Richland's Command Performance I have been going to Richland Mall's Command Performance for years now and have never had a bad experience. I always go to Melanie who is the best! She listens to what I have to say about my hair and cuts it just the way I want it. It always looks fantastic when she is done. I moved and have no qualms driving 45 minutes to have her do my hair. She is the best!!
Deana is amazing! Deana at Westmoreland recently colored and cut my hair and I have gotten SO MANY compliments. She took the time to show me how to put some curl in my hair and encouraged me to change up my look a bit. I can't even believe how many people have complimented me! I walked into a Starbucks in NY and the girl behind the counter even told me I had fabulous hair! Deana is absolutely amazing!!!! THANK YOU!!!
Excellent Salon and Stylist I have my hair done at the Shaler Plaza Command Performance. It's a wonderful salon. Debbie is my stylist; she is the BEST! Everyone at the salon is very friendly and makes spending time in the salon fun. I highly recommend Command Performance and especially Debbie!
Great Stylists I have been going to Command Performance-Richland since I moved to Hampton 4 years ago. Even though my stylists might move on, I know that I can get a great cut and style at Command Performance!
