We rented from Commack Camper for the first time this summer. Mike was insanely kind throughout the entire process from booking to set up to departure. We did rent very early in the season so there where a few camping kinks to get out of the way I guess fir the start if the season. Anything that went wrong they handled with kindest and minimal distraction. Mike and his partner even help adjust my daughter’s bike. Absolute perfection from start to finish. This company is run by a very kind and caring man. Full service -hands on experience . The equipment was flawless. as was the delivery and pick up process. Very reasonable compared to other similar companies. Highly recommend.
Had an excellent time camping at Hither Hills. Mike and his crew made the experience amazing. The camper was clean and they were very thorough in explaining everything. If you have never camped in a camper and you're afraid to rent due to fears of not know what to do, rest assured you'll be a pro after Mike's walk through. Your mind will be at ease.
This was our 1st "RV Adventure". I did some research and started calling around looking for a rental. After speaking with several other rental people and companies, I came across Commack Campers. Mike and John were very easy to work with. They included everything needed with their rental
Oops. I Didn't finish my previous review and accidently posted. As I was saying Mike was very accomodating and easy to work with. Most others I spoke with wanted to charge me extra for everything...delivery by the mile, generator, booking fees. Commack camper included all in one package plus extras like beach chairs, screened tent set up and more. They go out of their way to try to give you a 5 star experience.
