I placed an order for Commack Bagels today through Uber Eats. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the quality and accuracy of my order, especially considering it cost over $22 for a coffee and a small acai bowl. I specifically ordered an acai bowl with strawberries, bananas, and granola. What I received was mostly acai liquid with very little actual bowl content. I order on one of the delivery apps regularly from this bagel store. They have the best bacon and egg sandwich. Today, when I ordered I actually ordered incorrectly, I added a bagel with butter but I didn't realize you had to order it under the section that has cream cheese. Et cetera, they could have just sent me the bagel with no butter. INstead, they sent it the way I ordered it ... which apparently is a loss to them in regard to profit.
